Now that you've got a start to your Success Criteria rubric, it's time to fill in each section. II. PRESENT A DETAILED AND ACCURATE PLAN AND RECORD OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF THE PROJECT.
Now that we’ve created our own rubric, we need to create a plan for action that will help us stay on track, manage our time, and find success! In order to do this in a way that is easy to understand, we will be using something called a Scrum board using the online site/app Trello (see photo below). Click here for an explanation on how to use Trello.
How to:
- Ms. Crossman will send your group a link. As soon as you are able to edit, begin adding items to the "To Do" column.
- To Do: These are the individual tasks/things that need to be done in order to achieve your goal.
- In Progress: Move your "To Do" note to "In Progress" when you are working on the item. Within the item you should be able to add further notes, challenges you're facing and what to do to overcome them, etc. by clicking on the task. This will help you visualize your progress!
- To Verify: This column is where you verify/double check/self-assess your progress in terms of your success criteria. It is a great reminder for you and your group members to take the time to reflect on how you are doing as well as refocus on your goal, the community, and the authentic need you are addressing.
- Done: Where items are moved when they are completely finished! This is a great place to be!
